Old Barn presents ‘The Foreigner’The Old Barn Community Theatre’s presents its latest production, “The Foreigner,” beginning April 25 and running through May 18.
Trying to forget his marital problems, dull and doleful Charlie Baker takes a fishing-lodge holiday in the Deep South of America, and to avoid being pestered by the locals, pretends that he is a foreigner who speaks no English. You won’t want to miss this side-splitting comedy!
Most performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Two Saturday matinee shows on May 4 and 18 will begin at 2:30 p.m.

Spring show at Main Street PlayhouseMain Street Playhouse, 11 E. Main St., Tremonton, presents a Disney-themed magical songbook musical: “Dreams Do Come True” for the final performances of its spring show this week. Show dates are April 26 and 27 at 7 p.m.

Craft classes at senior centerThe Tremonton Public Library is holding creative craft classes every Tuesday in April from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Bear River Valley Senior Center, 510 W. 1000 North, Tremonton.
Each week, we do something different and experiment with new crafts. Adults and teens (13+) are welcome to register at the library or the senior center. Message or call us if you want to be added to the list and can’t make it into the library to register.

Junior Ranger Day at Golden SpikeCelebrate National Junior Ranger Day with Rangers at Golden Spike National Historical Park on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Visitors of all ages are invited to join Junior Ranger Day Activities as they explore and learn about Golden Spike NHP. Activities will include design a ranger hat, golden spike bingo, historic games, engine house tours, and a special park movie.
The Engine House will have extended hours for Junior Ranger Day and will be open from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.
Family communication and teen resiliencyBrigham Suicide Prevention presents “Teach to Reach 2024” with Dr. Matt Townsend from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 at the USU Brigham City Campus, 989 S. Main St.
Townsend will discuss positive family communication to improve teen resiliency and improved mental well-being. We hope to open lines of communication to support healthy and well adjusted families.
