A Brigham City motorcyclist is in critical condition following a late night accident Wednesday on SR 13.

Kevin Stott was westbound at approximately 10:30 p.m. on a 2006 Suzuki DRS 400 when a Tahoe traveling east, driven by Jeremiah Moss of Willard, turned left to get onto I-15.

The motorcycle impacted the passenger side at an angle. The driver sustained critical injuries and was taken by ambulance to Brigham City Community Hospital. He was later transported by helicopter to Intermountain Medical Center in Murray.

Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Lee Perry said the motorcycle driver was wearing a helmet. An investigation into the accident

is still ongoing and charges are pending.

A fund has been set up at Box Elder County Credit Union for Kevin Stott.
