An 86-year-old Brigham City man was listed in serious but stable condition after his car was T-boned on Saturday afternoon, July 17, on Hwy 89 in Willard.
Tony Gallegos was driving a gold 2003 Chevy Impala eastbound on 200 North about 3:34 p.m., and according to a report from the Utah Highway Patrol, failed to stop at a stop sign before pulling into traffic.  His vehicle was struck by a 2000 gold Venture mini-van driven by 31-year-old Diana Porter of Tremonton.  Also in the van were Porter’s three children.  The impact put both vehicles into the northbound lanes of SR-89.

You might want to do some fact checking before running a story next time. My name is DARCY Porter (not Diana) and there were no passsengers in the car with Gallegos.
