Bar J Wranglers
Bar J Wranglers of Jackson Hole, Wyo., will be back in town on Friday, Oct. 8, 2010. This is the year of the national Chuck Wagon Jamboree in Branson, Mo. The Wranglers are scheduled to perform there in the middle of October, with other western groups and performers.
The BRHS auditorium only seats 1,074, so book your seats early.
If you attended the Friday night show last year, the Wranglers chose to record the live show and make their newest CD at BRHS Auditorium. The CD is called Bar J Wranglers Blazing the Trail. It was a great show.
This year the Bear River Youth Benefit and the Wranglers are working with the Bear River High School Football team under the coaching staff of Chris Wise, and players, will be selling tickets. Talking with Coach Wise, when he took over the head coaching job, he inherited bills from prior coaches that had not been paid off. So fundraisers that he has had his players do to raise money for the football program have been split between his programs and needs and old prior bills not paid for.
Watch for the youth of the football team and let’s help Coach Wise get over this hurdle, with the Bar J show.
We have also been asked to help in fixing and restoring things with the high school auditorium. The school district did not allocate any bond money for repairs needed in the auditorium.
Tickets will go on sale May 18 through the high school football players. July 19 tickets can be purchased online with a major credit card at www.showtix4u.com or by calling Scott Pella at 257-7119 or Clint Munns at 452-1764.
Tickets are the same price as years past; Reserve seats $20, Advance General seats $15 or $18 at the door.
The benefit would like to thank last years’ sponsors for the support. Looking for another great show from the Wranglers. See you there! Yee-Haw!!
