A house fire at 10780 N 9200 W brought fire crews from Tremonton and Garland, and resulted in about $30,000 in damage to the home.

According to Corey Barton, Box Elder County Fire Marshal, the fire was reported just before 5 p.m., Wednesday evening.  Firefighters were able to contain the flames to the kitchen area of the home.  Barton said the fire started when a pan was left on the stove.

The Red Cross was called in to assist the family.

I love this family, and am so thankful everyone is o.k.! Richard is such a giving person, and has always been there for me and my family. Hard to see them go through this, but again, very thankful that they are o.k.

Richard and Buttons, we are so sorry to hear about the fire. So thankful no one was hurt. Things can be replaced but you guys can’t. If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know.
