Farm to Table


In an effort to bring about awareness to local food in Northern Utah, Utah Office of Tourism teamed up with Love Communications and Holmgren Historical Farms to present a night showcasing local food.

Utah Office of Tourism put the event together, while Love Communications planned the party, which was hosted by owners of Holmgren Historical Farms. Pago and Finca restaurant owners, Scott Evans and Felix Gardner, created amazing dishes that featured ingredients from local farmers and businesses—proving Northern Utah has a wide variety of homegrown and homemade food.
