AN INDUSTRIAL PROTECTION AREA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposal to create an industrial protection area has been filed with the legislative body of Box Elder County, Utah by the owners of the following described property located in Box Elder County, Utah:

The proposal was filed on June 9, 2014.
The proposal will be open to public inspection in the office of the Box Elder County Clerk, the official office of the county legislative body of Box Elder County, Utah, at the Box Elder County Courthouse, Main at Forest, Brigham City, Utah.
Any person or entity affected by establishment of the proposed industrial protection area may file a written request for modification of the proposal or written objections to the proposal within fifteen days of the date of this notice by mailing or delivering notice to:
