Garland Library

Job Search help is offered from 5-7 p.m., Wednesdays.  Stories with Torie, 4-5 p.m.

Teen Schedule: Every Wednesday – Gossip Girl Session 4:30-5:30 p.m. Friday, March 28 – Movie Night – Frozen, 6 p.m.  Free for everyone.


Midnight Stroll

Bear River High School band will present “A Midnight Stroll” dinner-dance on Saturday, April 12, 6-9 p.m., at the BRHS Commons.  Tickets are $15 for singles, $25 for couples.  Tickets are available at Kent’s Marketplace service desk, from any band member, Wade Walton (257-5341) or at the door.  Dinner will be served until 8:30 p.m.



Dream Pointe Ballet Company of Brigham City will present “Cinderella” Saturday, March 29, 6:30 p.m. at Box Elder High School.  Tickets are $9, individual, or $8, for five or more.  Tickets may be purchased on line at www.starstruckarts.com, in person at 2895 S. Hwy. 89, Perry, Monday-Thursday 3:30 – 6:30 p.m., or by calling (435) 239-8338.


Health Fair

The Bear River Valley Senior Center will host its third annual health fair, “Wishing You Sunshine, Flowers and Gentle Showers,” on Wednesday, March 26, from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.  The public is invited to attend and meet with home health care providers and businesses, as well as learn what is new in health care.  Door prizes will be given out.


Family History

The Tremonton-Garland Family History Center will again provide beginning and intermediate Family Tree classes for those interested in family history.  The classes will start April 15.  Call the center, 257-7015, or Neil Anderson, 452-1185, to sign up.



A chocolate Easter egg making class will be offered at the Brigham City Community Center, 24 N. 300 W, on Wednesday, March 26, at 7 p.m.  The free class will be taught by Joan Kimber, who will demonstrate the art of hand-dipped Easter chocolates.  Space is limited, so call Sherie, 435-734-6608, by March 21, to reserve a spot.


Parkinson’s Support

The Brigham City Parkinson’s support group will meet Friday, March 28, at 4 p.m., at Brigham City Community Hospital in the cafeteria.


BRHS Class of 1994 reunion
