Special to the Leader
The Troseths’ extraordinary talents had very ordinary beginnings. Norm had fun with a little Brownie camera while in high school. Sherrie had a little printer. Then she wondered, “Why settle for this, when a big printer will produce anything I want?” Now, the couple has many cameras and a big printer.
Norm admits he didn’t get serious about photography until he realized it was more interesting to shoot with his camera than his gun. Since then, he has learned a lot from books, the Internet and professionals. Also, he and Sherrie teach each other.
The Troseths manage every aspect of their photography enterprise, from taking the photo to developing, enhancing, enlarging, printing, making the frame and stretching the canvas. A home studio above the garage houses their numerous files and equipment.
