NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the main entrance of the First District Courthouse for Box Elder County, 43 North Main, Brigham City, UT 84302, on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 12:00 p.m. of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed originally executed by Mark Richards and Jeanine W. Richards, his wife, as trustors, in favor of Green Line Equipment, L.L.C., now doing business as Stotz Equipment, covering the following real property purported to be located in Box Elder County, and more particularly described as:
A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 12 North, Range 3 west, of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
Beginning at a point 33 feet West and 115.44 feet North of the Southeast corner of Section 12, Township 12 North, Range 3 West, of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point being on the North right of way line of a state highway; running thence South 89°53’03” West 1227.90 feet along the North right ofway line ofthe said state highway; thence North 84° 40’07” West 401. 99 feet along the North right of way line of said state highway; thence North 88°22’38” West 586.39 feet along the North right of way line of said state highway; thence North 352.84 feet; thence East 1904.30 feet; thence South 150 feet; thence East 310 feet to the West right of way line of a county road; thence South 254.31 feet along said county road to the point of beginning.

The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Green Line Equipment, L.L.C. (now doing business as Stotz Equipment) and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the notice of default Mark Richards and Jeanine W. Richards.
The sale is subject to bankruptcy filing, payoff, reinstatement or any other circumstance that would affect the validity of the sale. If any such circumstance exists, the sale shall be void, the successful bidder’s funds returned and the trustee and current beneficiary shall not be liable to the successful bidder for any damage.
Bidders must tender to the trustee a $20,000.00 deposit at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale. The deposit must be in the form of a bank or credit union cashier’s check or bank official check, payable to Anderson Law Center, P.C. The balance must be in the form of a wire transfer, bank or credit union cashier’s check, bank official check or U.S. Postal money order payable to Anderson Law Center, P.C. A bank or credit union cashier’s check must be pre-printed and clearly state that it is a cashier’s check. A bank official check must be pre-printed and clearly state that it is an official check. Cash payments are not accepted. A trustee’s deed will be delivered to the successful bidder within three business days after receipt of the amount bid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners will discuss changing the name of West Cutler Dam Road to Camp Fife Road in a Commission Meeting being held March 19, 2014 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be in the Commission Chambers at the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302. PUBLIC NOTICE
Bear River District Consolidated Plan 2014 Annual Action Plan
Bear River Association of Governments has updated the regional Consolidated Plan 2014 Annual Action Plan for Box Elder, Cache & Rich Counties Utah as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and State of Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB).  The Consolidated Plan examines needs and proposes priorities for public expenditures related to providing safe and affordable housing, providing for suitable living environments and promoting economic development opportunities. A draft copy of the plan is available for public review and comment at BRAG, 170 N. Main, Logan, Utah, or on the Internet at www.brag.utah.gov.

INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that Howell Town (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the WATER SYSTEM PIPELINE IMPROVEMENTS according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER – HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE, INC., and described in general as:
The construction of 9,400’ of 6” PVC drinking water pipeline and connections
Separate sealed bids will be received at the office of the Bear River Water Conservancy District located at 102 West Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah until   2:00 p.m.  on   March 12, 2014    and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids shall be addressed and delivered to the Bear River Water Conservancy District office prior to the Bid Opening.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained beginning  Friday, February 28, 2014  at the office of HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE, INC. located at 6771 South 900 East, Midvale, Utah  84047 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for each set.  Checks should be made payable to Howell Town.  An electronic version can be downloaded without charge from Hansen, Allen & Luce’s website (email jrichards@hansenallenluce.com to obtain instructions).
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the Town.  Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
