NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 11, 2014. 102 South Tremont Street, 5:30 p.m., at which time public comment will be heard, and consideration given to the following proposed amendments to the Tremonton City Land Use Code, Title I Chapter 1.16 Residential Overlay Zones, Codifying Spring Hollow Legends Overlay Zone Lot Regulations, Required Amenities, Specified Timeframe, and Map; Title I Zoning Ordinance Chapter 1.17 Off-Street Parking Regulations concerning Parking Lots and Landscape Islands; Title I Zoning Ordinance Chapter 1.18 Landscape, Buffering, and Fencing Regulations concerning required Buffer Width between parking areas and property lines; Title II Subdivision Ordinance Chapter 2.04.045, Development Agreement of Owner/Developer; and Title III General Public Works Construction Standards and Specifications Chapter 3.20, Definitions and Conveyance or Storm Water. To review or comment concerning the proposed amendments prior to the public hearing may be done at the Tremonton City offices during normal business hours.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Tremonton City is currently accepting applications for paid Volunteer Firefighters working on-call. The application can be downloaded from the City’s website and position functions and qualifications may be reviewed at www.tremontoncity.com.
Please submit application and resume to the Tremonton City HR/Payroll Clerk at 102 S. Tremont St., Tremonton, UT 84337 or in person at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah. Job is open until filled with the first round of application and resume review scheduled for February 10, 2014. Tremonton City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
