NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY
In accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and the order of the Board of Directors of The Bear River Canal Company made on the 20th day of November 2013, all shares of stock that have a delinquent assessment thereon, together with the costs of advertising and expenses, if payment is not made in full by December 31, 2013, 4:30 p.m., will be absorbed into the company as treasury stock.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
FIRST PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Snowville Town will hold a public hearing to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied under the CDBG Small Cities Program for Program Year 2014.  Suggestions for potential projects will be solicited, both verbally and in writing, from all interested parties.  The expected amount of CDBG funds for this program year will be discussed along with the range of projects eligible under this program and a review of previously funded projects.  The hearings will begin at 6:45 P.M. on 12/11/13 and will be held at Snowville Town Hall,  20 West Main Street Snowville, UT  84336.  Further information can be obtained by contacting Tammie Morgan, Town Clerk at 435-872-8501. Elwood Town Council will be filling the vacancy of a Councilmember seat, the term is for 2 years.  Any citizen of Elwood who is interested in the open seat must: be a resident of Elwood Town for at least 12 consecutive months, be a United States citizen, be 18 years of age or older and be a registered voter in Elwood Town. Tremonton City Council has passed Ordinance No. 13-19, an ordinance of Tremonton City Corporation amending Title II Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 2.04 Final Plats, Section 2.04.075 Recorded Plats and 2.04.080 Lot Line Adjustments of the Tremonton City Corporation Land Use Code.
