NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale,  at the east main entrance of the Box Elder County Courthouse, a/k/a First Judicial District Courthouse, 43 North Main, Brigham City, Utah, on Monday,  December 23, 2013, at the hour of 3:00 p.m. of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust originally executed by Rebecca A. Doxey, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Atherton Mortgage Inc., its successors and assigns, covering real property located at approximately 163 South 100 East, Brigham City, Box Elder County, Utah, and more particularly described as:
THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 3, PLAT A, BRIGHAM CITY SURVEY, BOX ELDER COUNTY, UTAH.    03-121-0110
The current beneficiary of the trust deed is JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is Rebecca A. Doxey.  The trustee’s sale of the aforedescribed real property will be made without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances.  Bidders must be prepared to tender a cashier’s check in the amount of $20,000.00 at the sale. The balance of the purchase price must be paid by cashier’s check or wire transfer received by 12:00 noon the following business day. The trustee reserves the right to void the effect of the trustee’s sale after the sale based upon information unknown to the trustee at the time of the sale, such as a bankruptcy filing, a loan reinstatement, or an agreement between the trustor and beneficiary to postpone or cancel the sale.  If so voided, the only recourse of the highest bidder is to receive a full refund of the money paid to the trustee.  THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. Notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible in the Box Elder County Commission Chambers [Historic Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah] to receive input on the following proposed petitions:
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Road Standards – Amendment to existing Box Elder County Road, Storm Drain, and Fencing Standard Drawings.
2. Agricultural Setbacks – Amendment to Chapters 3-2 and 3-7 Accessory Uses changing setbacks for agricultural buildings, pens, corrals, pastures.
3. Accessory Building Setbacks – Amendment to Chapters 3-2 and 3-7 changing rear and side yard setbacks for non-agricultural accessory buildings.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
FIRST PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Snowville Town will hold a public hearing to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied under the CDBG Small Cities Program for Program Year 2014.  Suggestions for potential projects will be solicited, both verbally and in writing, from all interested parties.  The expected amount of CDBG funds for this program year will be discussed along with the range of projects eligible under this program and a review of previously funded projects.  The hearings will begin at 6:45 P.M. on 12/11/13 and will be held at Snowville Town Hall,  20 West Main Street Snowville, UT  84336.  Further information can be obtained by contacting Tammie Morgan, Town Clerk at 435-872-8501.
