Public Notice is hereby given that the Bear River Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees has two vacancies for Trustees representing Brigham City and the areas of Bothwell, Thatcher and Howell due to the expiration of terms on December 31, 2013. Each Board Member must be a registered voter, a resident within the boundaries of the District and a resident or representative of the area or entity they are representing.  Interested parties may submit his/her name for consideration by the County Commission to Voneene Jorgensen at the Bear River Water Conservancy District Office at 102 West Forest Street in Brigham City, Utah by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2013.  The County Commission shall fill the vacancies by appointment pursuant to Utah Code 17B-1-304 on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at the regularly scheduled County Commission meeting.  For further information, please contact:

The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale,  at the east main entrance of the Box Elder County Courthouse, a/k/a First Judicial District Courthouse, 43 North Main, Brigham City, Utah, on Monday,  December 23, 2013, at the hour of 3:00 p.m. of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust originally executed by Rebecca A. Doxey, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Atherton Mortgage Inc., its successors and assigns, covering real property located at approximately 163 South 100 East, Brigham City, Box Elder County, Utah, and more particularly described as:
The current beneficiary of the trust deed is JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is Rebecca A. Doxey.  The trustee’s sale of the aforedescribed real property will be made without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances.  Bidders must be prepared to tender a cashier’s check in the amount of $20,000.00 at the sale. The balance of the purchase price must be paid by cashier’s check or wire transfer received by 12:00 noon the following business day. The trustee reserves the right to void the effect of the trustee’s sale after the sale based upon information unknown to the trustee at the time of the sale, such as a bankruptcy filing, a loan reinstatement, or an agreement between the trustor and beneficiary to postpone or cancel the sale.  If so voided, the only recourse of the highest bidder is to receive a full refund of the money paid to the trustee.  THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
