BC accidentAn early morning crash at 1100 S. and Main in Brigham City Wednesday sent four people to the hospital and has the at-fault driver facing possible DUI charges.

The crash occurred just after 5:30 a.m., when a 31-year old Willard man, Bryan Petty, ran a red light at the intersection, according to Police Lt. Dennis Vincent.  His southbound Dodge pickup was then T-boned by a westbound UTA ride van out of Cache Valley.  The force sent both vehicles into a third vehicle, a second Dodge pickup driven by a Roy man, that was turning left onto Brigham City’s Main Street.

Vincent said Petty and three passengers in the van were transported to Brigham City Community Hospital for minor injuries.  Alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash, Vincent added, and charges are being pursued.
