NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale,  at the east main entrance of the Box Elder County Courthouse, a/k/a First Judicial District Courthouse, 43 North Main, Brigham City, Utah, on Monday, November 18, 2013, at the hour of 3:30 p.m. of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust originally executed by Reed C. Cutler, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Republic Mortgage Home Loans LLC, its successors and assigns, covering real property located at approximately 357 South 700 West, Tremonton, Box Elder County, Utah, and more particularly described as:

The current beneficiary of the trust deed is JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is Reed C. Cutler.  The trustee’s sale of the aforedescribed real property will be made without warranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances.  Bidders must be prepared to tender a cashier’s check in the amount of $20,000.00 at the sale. The balance of the purchase price must be paid by cashier’s check or wire transfer received by 12:00 noon the following business day.  The trustee reserves the right to void the effect of the trustee’s sale after the sale based upon information unknown to the trustee at the time of the sale, such as a bankruptcy filing, a loan reinstatement, or an agreement between the trustor and beneficiary to postpone or cancel the sale.  If so voided, the only recourse of the highest bidder is to receive a full refund of the money paid to the trustee.  THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFY
Bear River Water Conservancy District is seeking contractors to pre-qualify to submit bids for the construction of the Collinston 500,000 Gallon Water Storage Tanks Project.  The project is located in the Collinston Area in Box Elder County, Utah, and is anticipated to go to construction in the Spring of 2014.
The scope of work is anticipated to include the following work items:
The project will include construction of two new conventionally reinforced 500,000 gallon buried concrete water storage tanks along with the associated valves and piping and site work.
Contractors must meet the following minimum criteria to be prequalified:
• Show a minimum of 5-years’ experience with similar work.
• Contractor shall hold a current Utah contractor’s license in a classification appropriate to this PROJECT.
• Contractor shall have $2,000,000 minimum total bonding capacity.
• Contractor shall meet the OWNER’s minimum insurance requirements as outlined on the attached documentation.
• Contractor shall have experience in the construction of reinforced concrete public drinking water storage tanks and associated work.
Contractors who do not pre-qualify will not be allowed to submit bids for the project. Contractors who are prequalified will remain on the District’s prequalified list for a period of 18 months.
This is a federally funded project.  All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State’s “fair share goals” and are required to comply with EEO regulations.  All contractors on the project will be required to pay prevailing wage rates according to Davis-Bacon labor wage requirements.  Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids on this project. Contractors that use a subcontractor(s) are required to make a good faith effort at soliciting DBE subcontractor participation.

The project will provide public water supply to residents of the Collinston area and will include approximately six miles of waterlines between Deweyville and the existing Ukon Water Company’s storage tank located northeast of Collinston.  New meter stations at the Ukon and Deweyville connections will also be constructed along with two new booster stations.  Water service connections will be offered to property owners that are in the area.  Fire hydrants will be provided throughout the system near customers. The main waterline for the project is planned to be 12-inch PVC.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been scheduled for November 6, 2013 at 5:20 p.m. to receive public input regarding amending the Ryan Nish Subdivision to enlarge the existing lot. The amendment would amend Sections 3-2-070-7, 3-3-070-3, and 3-7-070-3 allowing accessory dwelling units as a conditional use in all zones that allow single family dwellings.  The public hearing is scheduled for November 6 at 5:27 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302.
