NOTICE OF SALE OF STRAY

     Pursuant to Utah code 4-25-4, the Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office is holding one Bay Filly horse about 2 to 3 years old with two white socks on her back legs, and a stare on her forehead. There are no visible brands and or tattoos on the horse. The horse was found on 08-15-2013 in the Snowville, Utah area. This animal can be claimed by contacting Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office Livestock investigator Sgt. D. Ward, or Deputy L. Maughan at -1435-734-3800, or Shawn Judkins State Brand Inspector at 1-435-720-3217. Then showing proof of ownership, and paying expenses incurred. Otherwise said animal will be sold at public auction ten days after this notice of sale.

PUBLIC NOTICE

     Tremonton City Council has passed Ordinance No. 13-16, an ordinance of Tremonton City Corporation, granting a legislative decision in accordance with Section 1.06.020 of the Tremonton City Land Use Code for lots divided by zoning district boundaries for building lots along the Malad River within Holmgren Estates and Holmgren East Subdivision.

     Passed and adopted on the 3rd day of September 2013.  The ordinance may be reviewed in the office of the City Recorder, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during regular business hours.

PUBLIC NOTICE

     Tremonton City Council has passed Ordinance No. 13-15, an ordinance of Tremonton City Corporation, releasing and terminating a nine (9) feet wide pipeline easement in Box Elder County, Utah granted to Tremonton City for the construction, maintenance and operating of a pipeline by the Federal Land Bank of Berkeley.

     Passed and adopted on the 3rd day of September 2013.  The ordinance may be reviewed in the office of the City Recorder, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during regular business hours.
