PUBLIC NOTICE
The Deweyville Town Council will have a public hearing on Thursday, August 29th, 2013 at 7:00 pm to discuss the Shared Spring Renovation with Elwood.  The purpose of this meeting is to obtain a grant for our south spring renovation. The budget for this project will be discussed.

Public comments are invited any time prior to the deadline of the close of business on September 23, 2013.  Written public comments can be submitted to: Matthew Garn, UPDES Engineering Section, Utah  Division of Water Quality, P.O. Box 144870, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114-4870 or by email at: mgarn@utah.gov . After considering public comment the Director of the Division of Water Quality may execute the permit issuance, revise it, or abandon it.

Garland City is now accepting bids for approximately 580 feet of 30 inch curb, 580 feet of five foot sidewalk, 860 feet of storm drain line and 180 tons of one half inch hot mix asphalt.  Contractors will need to meet with the Garland City Project Manager, Mark Fryer, to review the project before bids will be accepted.  All bids must be received no later the 12:00 pm on the 16th day of August 2013.  Garland City reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids.  Mailed bids should be sent to P.O Box 129, Garland, UT, 84312.  Hand delivered bids will be accepted at the Garland City Offices located at 72 North Main Street, Garland between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.  Contact Sharlet Anderson, Garland City Recorder, at 435-257-3118 with questions regarding the project and bid results.
