Ballots can be requested up through the THURSDAY before the election and can now be requested online

Write-in Candidates:

A Write-in Declaration of Candidacy may be filed with the City Recorder not later than 60 days before

PUBLIC NOTICE

COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 367

On June 12, 2013 the Box Elder County Commission adopted Ordinance 367 adopting the Box Elder County Plymouth Economic Development Project Area Plan, as approved by the Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency, as the official economic development project area plan for the Box Elder County Plymouth Economic Development Project Area, and directing that notice of the adoption be given as required by statute and providing that this ordinance shall become effective upon publication.

On June 5, 2013 the Box Elder County Commission adopted Ordinance 368 terminating and dissolving the Wal-Mart Economic Development Project Area and providing that this ordinance shall become effective 15 days after passage.

COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 369

On June 5, 2013 the Box Elder County Commission adopted Ordinance 369 amending the Box Elder County Zoning Map by re-zoning various parcels in the Thatcher area from residential single family 8,000 square feet (R-1-8) to general industrial (M-G) and providing that this ordinance shall become effective 15 days after passage.

PUBLIC NOTICE

COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 370

On June 5, 2013 the Box Elder County Commission adopted Ordinance 370 amending the Box Elder County Zoning Map by re-zoning various parcels in the Harper Ward area from rural residential 5-acre (RR-5)/multiple use 160-acre dual zone to rural residential 5-acre (RR-5) and providing that this ordinance shall become effective 15 days after passage.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Elwood Town Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 on June 25, 2013 to adopt the FY2014 Town Budget. Copies of the budgets are available for review upon request.  The hearing will be held at the Elwood Town Hall, 5235 W 8800 N.
