NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Box Elder County Surplus Property Policy #2000-01, (amended 01/12/2010) that a public hearing will be held June 5, 2013 at 5:20 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input regarding the Box Elder County Commission’s proposed exchange of county owned surplus property located at approximately 550 N. 1000 W. Tremonton Utah and being more specifically described as follows:
A part of the SE/4 of Sec 4, T11N, R03W SLM. Beg at a point on the west right-of-way line of 1000 West street located N89*37’15”W 33.00 ft. from the NE Corner of said SE1/4, running thence S00*33’38”W 19.43 ft along said right-of-way line; thence N89*46’00”W 221.16 ft; thence S01*12’45”W 44.66 ft; thence S89*10’51”W 49.62 ft. to the west boundary line of the Box Elder County property, Tax ID. The proposed exchange involves Box Elder County exchanging property for property owned by Tremonton City to facilitate Box Elder County’s expansion of the county fairgrounds.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Said Sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition, or encumbrances, including fees, charges, and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by said Trust Deed, to pay the remaining principal sums on the note secured by said Trust Deed.
Bidders must be prepared to tender payable to the Trustee, $5,000.00 in certified funds at the sale and the balance of the purchase price in certified funds by 2:00 P.M. the following business day. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Garland City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the 2013 CDBG Small Cities Program as follows: The Family Resource Center $100,000 CDBG funding will be used to modify and update the building located at 1386 South Main Street in Garland to house a crisis nursery, a teen center, a family shelter, an employment center and communal offices and meeting rooms. The project will install fencing, carpet, security system, a kitchenette, updated bathrooms, sleeping quarters, offices, meeting space and a computer lab. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, and will be held at the Garland City Building, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah.
