NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 72-3-108 that a public hearing will be held concerning the vacation of portions of a road located as follows: That portion of a county road known as “3200 North”, where this county road falls on the west side of tax parcel 04-045-0001, & NW side of parcel 04-045-0002, & North side of parcel 04-045-0003. This vacate excludes 20 feet of the far west side of said road where it joins 3400 West. This vacate also excludes 33 feet of said road where it connects to the main 3200 North road right-of-way that has existing utility easements. The public hearing will be held at 5:15 p.m. on the 12th day of December 2012, in the Commission Chambers at the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah 84302. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND BONDS TO BE ISSUED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Utah Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on November 8, 2012, the Town Council (the “Council”) of the Town of Plymouth, Box Elder County, Utah (the “Issuer”), adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) in which it authorized the issuance of the Issuer’s Water Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”) in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $110,000, to bear interest at a rate not to exceed 2.50% per annum (except for interest on delinquent installments), to mature in not more than 22 years from their date or dates, and to be sold at a price not less than 99% of the total principal amount thereof.
NOTICE IS FUTHER GIVEN that the Issuer called and will hold a public hearing on December 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as feasible. The location of the public hearing is at the Issuer’s offices at 20120 North 5200 West, Plymouth, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and the potential economic impact that the improvement, facility, or property for which the Bonds will pay all or part of the cost will have on the private sector. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
The Bonds will be used for the purpose of (1) financing the construction of additions and improvements to the Issuer’s water system and related facilities, and (2) paying issuance expenses of the Bonds. As water revenue bonds, no property taxes will be pledged for repayment of the Bonds.
The Bonds are to be issued and sold by the Issuer pursuant to the Resolution which was before the Town Council and a Final Bond Resolution to be adopted at a future time (collectively, the “Bond Resolutions”). The Final Bond Resolution is to be adopted by the Town Council in such form and with such changes thereto as shall be approved by the Town Council upon the adoption thereof, provided that the principal amount, interest rate or rates, maturity, and discount of the Bonds will not exceed the maximums set forth above.
A copy of the Resolution is on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Issuer at 20120 North 5200 West in Plymouth, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of the Town Clerk from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after the last date of publication of this notice.
NOTICE IS FUTHER GIVEN that a period of thirty (30) days from and after the last date of the publication of this notice is provided by law during which any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of the Resolution, the Final Bond Resolution, or the Bonds, or any provision made for the security and payment of the Bonds by filing a verified written complaint in the district court of the county in which he/she resides, and that after such time, no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
The Box Elder Mosquito Abatement District will hold a Public Hearing on the subjects of adopting a 2013 General Fund and Capital Projects Fund budgets plus adjusting the 2012 General Fund Budget. The hearing will be held during the Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the District Office as located at 115 South 1050 West in Brigham City, Utah. The current 2012 Budget (with proposed adjustments) and the 2013 Tentative Budgets are currently available for public inspection at the District Office. All interested persons are welcome.

Fielding Cemetery Maintenance District will be holding a public hearing for the purpose of adopting the annual 2013 Budget. The hearing will be Dec. 10, 2012, at DeeAnn Rudd’s home, 17220 N. 4000 W., Fielding, Utah. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
1st Public Hearing Notice
Howell Town will hold a public hearing to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied under the CDBG Small Cities Program for Program Year 2013. Suggestions for potential projects will be solicited, both verbally and in writing, from all interested parties. The expected amount of CDBG funds for this Program Year will be discussed along with the range of projects eligible under this program and a review of previously funded projects. The hearing will begin at 7:15 p.m. on December 11, 2012 at the Howell Community Center – 15970 N 17400 W – Howell, Utah 84316.
