With just 29 of the 43 percincts reporting, incumbent  Ronda Rudd Menlove’s vote totals were set at 8,148, compared to 1,477 for Deloy Mecham and 1,109 for Becky Maddox for the  State House of Representative seat.

Stan Summers, running unopposed for Box Elder County commission had 14,311 votes, with 32 of 53 precincts reporting.

For State School Board 1 TAmi Pyfer lead D. Alan Shakespear, 23,564 to 16,921 votes, although Shakespear swept Box Elder County in the vote count, 8,291 to 4,844.  The majority of Pyfer’s votes came from Cache County.  There were 139 of 160 precincts tallied in that race.

Lynn Capener and Connie Archibald, both running unopposed for School Board seats, earned 2,417 and 750 votes, respectively.
