The Nashville Tribute Band will hold a concert fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. at the Bear River High School auditorium. Oyster and Ham Dinner
Corinne Lodge #5 of Free and Accepted Masons, is holding its annual oyster and ham dinner on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 4:30 to 7 p.m., at 4055 Montana Street, Corinne. Fried oysters, baked ham, fried green tomatoes, garlic bread and salads are on the menu for just a $15 donation per person. This is an open house with Norm Smith at the organ.
All proceeds will go toward the renovation of the Corinne Lodge, the oldest Masonic lodge in Utah.
The Box Elder Employer Committee, is conjunction with the Bear River and Brigham City Area Chambers of Commerce, will host a seminar on Thursday, Nov. 1, from 7:30-9 a.m., at Bridgerland Applied Technology College, Brigham City Campus.
The seminar, titled “Beyond Illusion: The Magic of Positive Perception,” will be presented by Brad Barton, author and certified speaking professional. He will share tips on turning challenges into opportunities to refocus and energize a business.
