 05/10/13        One female juvenile, age 15, of Tremonton was referred to Juvenile Court on the alleged charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Minor in Possession of Alcohol by Consumption.

05/10/13        One female juvenile, age 16, of Tremonton was referred to Juvenile Court on the alleged charge of Minor in Possession of Alcohol by Consumption.

05/11/13        A Tremonton Officer responded to a Family Fight complaint.  The case was handled non-judicially.

05/11/13        One male juvenile, age 17, of Tremonton was referred to Juvenile Court for Curfew violation.

05/11/13        One male juvenile, age 16, of Tremonton was referred to Juvenile Court for the alleged charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, Curfew Violation, and Driving without a License.

05/17/13        Christopher Michael Sumner, 05/28/79, of Brigham City was booked into the Box Elder County Jail for parole violation.

05/17/13        One male juvenile, age 16, of Tremonton was booked into Cache Detention on a pickup order out of 1^st District Juvenile Court – Box Elder.

05/20/13        A Tremonton Officer responded to a Family Fight complaint.  The case was handled non-judicially.

05/22/13        Kristie Schofield of Tremonton filed a Vehicle Burglary complaint.  She reported having her vehicle broken into while parked at her residence.  Loss was placed at $200.00.

05/23/13        One male juvenile, age 13, of Tremonton was referred to Juvenile Court for the alleged charge of Distributing a Controlled Substance.

05/24/13        Gary Brownell of Nibley filed a Bicycle Theft complaint.  He reported that his grandsons bicycle was taken from McKinley Elementary School.  Loss was placed at $80.00.

05/25/13        A Dog Bite complaint was filed and is under investigation with an Animal Control Officer.

05/26/13        Miguel Lemus of Tremonton filed a Vehicle Burglary complaint.  He reported having his vehicle broken into while parked in front of his residence.  Loss was placed at $195.00.

05/26/13        Richard Dudley Tidwell, 08/24/65, of Walton Beach, FL was booked into the Box Elder County Jail on two Warrants out of Florida and Alabama.  He was also charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.

05/27/13        A Dog Bite complaint was filed and is under investigation with an Animal Control Officer.

05/28/13        Keith Drysdale of Tremonton filed a Vehicle Burglary complaint.  He reported having his vehicle broken into while parked in front of his residence.  Loss was placed at $660.00.

05/29/13        A girls bicycle was found abandoned in the alley by Midland Square.  The bicycle can be claimed at the Police Department.

05/30/13        Graffiti was found at A-Storage.  Damage was placed at $50.00.

05/31/13        Kami Foley of Tremonton filed a Theft complaint.  She reported having her wedding ring taken while she was at Groll’s Family Fitness Center.  Loss was placed at $6,000.00.

04/07/13        A Sexual Assault complaint was filed and is under investigation.

04/17/13        Mark James Billings, 02/01/63, of Tremonton was booked into the Box Elder County Jail on the alleged charges of Possession of Meth with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

04/19/13        An Aggravated Robbery complaint was filed and is under investigation.

04/22/13        An employee of Pizza Plus filed a Bad Check complaint.  The case was referred to the City Attorney for charges.

04/23/13        Tyler Rick Jeppesen, 08/25/87, of Tremonton was booked into the Box Elder County Jail on the alleged charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Paraphernalia.
