The prevalence of “Family Fights” and DV charges are indicative of the State’s over zealous policy of policing people’s private lives, and injecting innocent people into the criminal justice system.

Nowadays women are emboldened to initiate a physical confrontation in order to interject the police into family argument to prove a point.

As a Police officer, I’ve seen it on almost a daily basis.
