Pee-Wee lambs, always a hit

The lamb barn is always crowded come Friday night, when youngsters lead their lambs into the arena for the popular Pee-Wee Lamb Show.  This year was not exception.  Everything from Peter Pan to Angry Birds showed up.  Here are the winners and their parents:

3-5 olds

Most Outstanding:  1st place: Averie Hyder, Butterfly and caterpillar, Alex and Jacinda Hyder, Bear River City; 2nd place: Jaylee Chappell,  Mouse and Mousetrap, Charlie and Ashlee Chappell, Perry

Most Creative: 1st place: Emmy and Charlie Wood – Captain Hook, Peter Pan, Tiinkerbell, Courtney and Kelly Wood, Tremonton; 2nd place: Chase Grover, Curious George and The Man in the Yellow Hat, Jason and Jody Grover, Riverside

Most Original: 1st place: Quincy Francis, Hot dog vendor, Tony and Melanie Francis, Honeyville; 2nd place: Tyler, Quin and Landon Dennis, Pres. Obama and Secret Service,  DJ and Penni Dennis, Tremonton

6-8 years old

Most Outstanding: 1st place: Cayson and Parker Potter, Angry birds and TNT Pigs, Amelia and Cam Potter, Tremonton;  2nd place: Becki Small, Dorothy and The Lion, Randy and Kim Small, Brigham City

Most Creative: 1st place: Matt Pali,  Kingsman, horse and Humpty Dumpty, Morgan and Mitch Pali, Tremonton; 2nd place: Riley Oram, Cop and zebra from Madagascar, Jonathan and Katrina Oram, Thatcher

Most Original:  1st place: Crislyn Potter, Construction barrel and road; Colton and Eljin Potter, Garland; 2nd place: Rebecka Bingham, Surfer and dude, Bryan and Kelly Bingham, Tremonton

Now under construction: Crislyn Potter and her lamb took first place in the 6-8 year-old category dressed as a construction barrel and the black road at the Pee-Wee Lamb Show.
