A rollover Sunday morning sent two women to the Brigham City Community Hospital with injuries.  Lt. Lee Perry of the Utah Highway Patrol said Kimberly Kelley, 27, of Brigham City, was driving a white 1994 Mazda Protege southbound on Hwy. 38, near Crystal Hot Springs, when the car drifted off the road, went up an incline and then rolled, landing upside down, blocking the northbound land of travel.  Kelley sustained a compound fracture to the lower left leg.  A passenger, Erin Vittitow, 19, of Ogden, had possible neck and back injuries.  Both were transported by ambulance.  Alcohol and speed are being investigated as factors in the crash, Perry said.
