The Utah Department of Transportation advises motorists that the southbound ramps to and from Interstate 15 at 1100 S. in Brigham City will be closed on an alternating basis the nights of July 29-31.
UDOT is resurfacing I-15 from 1100 S. to 900 North (SR-13). Motorists cannot drive on the area that has been resurfaced until it has had time to cure. Therefore, these ramps need to be closed on these nights.
The southbound ramp to 1100 S. from southbound I-15 will close beginning at 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 29, reopening at 7 a.m., on Monday, July 30. Traffic that would normally use this interchange will be able to use exit 363, Forest Street, one mile north.
The next evening, Monday July 30, the ramp to southbound I-15 at 1100 S. will close beginning at 7 p.m., reopening at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 31. Traffic will be diverted south on US-89 at Main Street (SR-13) and will be able to get to I-15 via SR-315 at Willard, exit 357, or via the South Willard Interchange (exit 352) at the Weber/Box Elder line.
For approximately two weeks, crews will then proceed to resurface I-15 in both directions between 1100 S. and 900 N.
