Tremonton man dies in ATV crash

An ATV accident near Mount Logan left a 24-year-old Tremonton man dead and another  injured.

Cache County sheriff’s officials were dispatched to the crash about 9 p.m., Sunday night.   Cory Crump was killed in the accident and the injured passenger was taken to an Ogden hospital by helicopter.

According the sheriff’s department, there is  evidence that alcohol was a factor, but the investigation is continuing.

    No matter what the cause was this is a great loss for Cory’s family and friends. He is a great young man who will be missed more than words can say.

    Not that it matters now after Cory’s reputation has been ruined by the Sheriff’s preliminary findings…..when we received the autopsy report back, alcohol was not a factor in the accident. But the damage is done. That is how some people who didn’t know Cory will remember him. Those who knew Cory will remember him as a kind loving friend, co-worker, brother, son, and grandson, that he was. There wasn’t a soul in need that Cory wouldn’t lead a hand to in a time need. He was a friend to all. We love and miss you Cory. love, your Family.
