Cities set to celebrate

A host of cities are planning 4th of July celebrations throughout the Bear River Valley.  From rodeos to races and parades to pie eating contests, there is sure to be something that will bring out the patriotic pride in any participant.  Here are some of the events planned:

Corinne

July 4 – Flag Ceremony – 6:30 a.m.

City Council Breakfast – 7 a.m.

Parade – 9 a.m.

Games – 10 a.m.

Deweyville

July 4 – 5K Run/1 Mile Walk/Run – 7 a.m. (check-in at 6:30)

Pancake Breakfast – 7 a.m.

Parade – 10:30 a.m.

Candy Drop following parade

Honeyville

            July 2 – Rodeo – 5 p.m., signups 4:30

July 3 – Dinner & Movie in the Park – at dark

July 4 – Freedom Run -7:30 a.m., Crystal Springs

Firemen’s Breakfast – 7-9 a.m.

Parade 10:30 a.m.

Park activities 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Plymouth

July 3 – Baby Contest – noon

July 4 – Firemen’s Breakfast – 6-9:30 a.m.

Fun Run/Walk – Adults, 6:30 a.m., kids, 7:30 a.m.

Parade – 10 a.m.

Park Fun – 10:30 a.m.

Kids Tough Rough Stock – noon

Kickball game – noon

Mini Bulls – 7:45 p.m.

RMPRA Rodeo – 8 p.m.

July 5 – Kids Speed Events – 9 a.m.

Mini Bulls – 7:45 p.m.

RMPRA Rodeo – 8 p.m.

Dance “Rough Stock” – Following rodeo
