Green Arrow – Norr
Leader Assistant Editor
Kris Norr, a PE teacher at Alice C. Harris Intermediate, has been working in her yard for about 14 years nurturing a gorgeous array of flowers, herbs, vegetables and of course her pride and joy—her lawn.
Norr, 956 N. 2300 W., Tremonton, was nominated for the Leader Residence Green Arrow Award because of all the time and effort she puts into her yard each day.
She obtained her work ethic from her dad, Glade, but it was at her grandma Dunn’s home that she developed a love for yard work. In fact she loves yard work so much that her dream job would be a grounds keeper at a baseball stadium or temple square. She said, “That to me would be a lot of fun. I do not know if I am that good but I would like doing it and learning more.”
