Hometown girl is big on YouTube

Creating videos to share with family and friends has become a unique way for individuals to express themselves. However, how many actually make this a career – using their creativity while working with friends to make money?
Well about six months ago longtime resident, Kayli Chadaz Butler made a move to do just that. She and her family moved to Los Angeles, Calif., to be a part of a Mom’s Channel and her own line of YouTube Videos called “Hey Kayli.”
Kayli, the daughter of Marc and Sami Chadaz of Tremonton, graduated from Bear River High School in 2002. Afterward she attended New Horizons Beauty School in Logan and then began working at Possibilities.
She lived in Garland with her husband, Casey and their two children, Brailee and Gage, and enjoyed the opportunity to fix hair – something she has always had a passion for.
However, their plans changed as her brother-in-law, Shay Carl was able to convince them to move to California for a new opportunity. For a couple of years, Shay tried to convince Kayli and Casey to become involved with the YouTube production company, Maker Studio, which he owns with Lisa Nova.
