The Bears worked hard this weekend at the Ogden Invitational Girls’ Tennis Tournament. The Bears battled against St. Joseph on Saturday afternoon for fifth and sixth place and the Bears got a satisfying sixth place in the tournament.
Kenya Rhodes and Courtney Comstock had a win against Ogden at first and third singles. “Ogden is our biggest competition for the region title this season so it was awesome to get this win against them,” says coach Nancy Brough.
The Bears start their region play Thursday, Sept. 1, at 3:30 p.m., against Stansbury at Bear River. Good luck Bears!
