PROMONTORY POINTERS 2/9/11
Orson Poulsen reports his shed, which is approximately 20 feet by 30 feet, is moving right along. It will be a wood shop and also have room for other hobbies and crafts. Orson says he has been helping Eli Anderson rebuild an old (1888) beer wagon. Eli has been in contact with the wagon’s original builder (Timpte), who would really love to see the wagon after it is finished.
Boyd Udy reports going with son Tyrell and Ty’s fiancé to the Logan LDS Temple on Saturday to take out their endowments. Boyd says they are doing only what has to be done during this extremely cold weather.
On Monday after her church job, Kaye Draper attended the Swinging Singles Square Dance Club’s anniversary and annual Frosty Ball dance.
On Friday, Kaye bowled a 300-point game on the Wii at the Liberty Senior Center. She is looking forward to a Wii bowling tournament with the Magna Senior Center later this month.
On Saturday Kaye, Bea and Lucy drove to lunch. Her choir resumed practice for their next performance on Sunday.
Cleo Petit went line dancing on Monday.
On Thursday, Winnie Richman had an early doctor’s appointment in Salt Lake City.
On Friday Winnie had another doctor’s appointment. After the appointment Winnie, April and Brittney went to lunch at Hunan Village.
On Saturday, son Lyle Richman and children Reagen and Brantzen came out to do Winnie’s night chores and watering.
On Sunday Greg, Heather, Colton and Caden Lott came out and fed the calves and fattening steers in the corral. Sunday night Aaron showed up and surprised Winnie by doing night chores and watering. The big disappointment was that nobody stayed to dinner!
