Snowmobiler killed in avalanche identified

The snowmobiler who was killed yesterday in an avalanche in Summit County has been identified as Ryan Noorda of Honeyville. He is 39 and the father of three children. He was snowmobiling with his family when the accident happened. We will have more in next week’s edition of the Leader »

The Bear River boys and girls are competing in an invitational water polo tournament at the BR Nat this weekend. The girls squared off earlier against Cedar, losing 11-1, then played against South Davis (score wasn’t available).
