It was FFA week at Bear River High School, which meant lots of agricultural fun! The week kicked off with roping for donuts, drive your tractor to school, pedal for pop, chasing chickens for cash and the FFA Sweetheart competition! Cowboys and cowgirls of all skill levels participated, making this year’s event a success. »

Slushy conditions on Saturday and high winds on Sunday caused these two accidents on I-15. The Yukon  accident sent three to the hospital.  The semi rollover blocked southbound traffic for hours and sent the female driver to hospital, as well.  Read more about what happened in the Leader. »

A passerby discovered a single vehicle rollover early Saturday morning. Dead at the scene was Stacia Anderson, 40, of Brigham City.
